Social media & marketing · est. Ghaziabad · works everywhere

I run a one-person agency with a very good phone book.

Six years inside the feeds of millennials and Gen Z. I know why they stop, why they keep scrolling, and why your last campaign got 14 likes, three of them from your cousins.

01 / Why it's one person, for now

Building the agency I always wished my clients had.

At most agencies you meet the founder and get whoever is free this month. Here you meet me and get me: the strategy, the writing, the replying and the reporting are done by the person who sold you the plan. I've been the executive (2020), the one running a COO's personal brand (2023), and the manager juggling seven brands across three time zones (2023 onwards).

Around that sits a team I've spent six years choosing: designers, editors, photographers, creators, influencer and paid specialists. Not a fixed roster spread thin across forty accounts. A team put together for your brand, briefed by me, checked by me, on one invoice.

A few brands at a time. Not as a "boutique" flex. Because the whole point of staying small is that the person who understands your business is the one doing the work on it.

02 / What I do

Social, done like someone's watching. Because they are.

  1. 01

    Strategy & positioning

Who you're for, what you say, and where you say it. One page, not forty. Includes the uncomfortable part where I tell you which platform to quietly abandon.

  2. 02

    Organic content

Calendars, scripts, captions, carousels, reels. Written for the person scrolling at 11:47pm, not for your board meeting.

  3. 03

    Paid social

Meta and LinkedIn, with small budgets treated with respect. I once grew an author's brand on $350 a month. Imagine what happens with a real number.

  4. 04

    Community

DMs, comments, reviews. Answered by a human, in your brand's voice, with a sense of humour and a working knowledge of when not to be funny.

  5. 05

    Launches & campaigns

Product drops, festive season, contests, and "we rebranded" announcements that don't read like a press release wrote them.

  6. 06

    Reporting people actually read

One page a month. What worked, what didn't, what I'm changing. No vanity metrics in a dashboard with a gradient.

03 / Field notes

Notes from six years of professional scrolling.

Things I've learned watching real audiences, written on the backs of imaginary index cards.

№ 01

Millennials read the caption. Gen Z reads the comments first, then decides whether the caption deserves them.

№ 02

Nobody has ever tapped "link in bio" from a carousel about your core values.

№ 03

The hook is the first 0.8 seconds. Also the thumbnail. The thumbnail is the hook.

№ 04

Saves beat likes. Shares beat saves. A DM that says "this is so us" beats everything.

№ 05

"Everyone 18 to 45" is not an audience. That's a census.

№ 06

Posting daily with nothing to say trains people to skip you. Posting twice a week with something to say trains them to wait.

№ 07

Trends are seasoning, not the meal. A dentist doing a dance trend is still a dentist doing a dance trend.

№ 08

Doomscrolling isn't boredom. It's a search. The feed stops when something feels made for one person. Be that something.

№ 09

The "unhinged brand voice" works for about three categories. Yours probably isn't one. I'll tell you honestly, and then we'll find yours.

04 / The phone book

Six years of asking "who did this?" and saving the number.

When your brand needs more than me, it gets people I've already worked with, briefed by me, checked by me, invoiced through me. You deal with one person. I deal with everyone else. That's the whole offer.

05 / Who this is for

A good fit.

  • Founders with a real product and an opinion.
  • Clinics, studios, gyms, restaurants. Local businesses that want to be the one everyone in town knows.
  • D2C and e-commerce brands tired of being "managed" instead of marketed.
  • Authors, coaches and experts who need a brand, not a personal-branding course.
  • Agencies that need a senior social lead on a project without hiring one. White-label is fine. Your deck, my brain.

Probably not.

  • "We want to go viral by Friday."
  • Ten posts a day. Across nine platforms. With one photo.
  • "Just do what our competitor is doing."
  • Approval chains with seven people and a cousin.
  • Anyone who says "synergy" unironically. I'll still take the call. I'll just be judging.

06 / Work

Things I've actually run.

Accounts I've managed since 2023 across India, the US, the UK and Australia. The work is public; go and poke at it.

Fitness · Noida, India

Astounding Fitness

A gym chain across three Noida locations. Gym content is 80 percent the same reel. Transformation stories, trainer personalities and tours that made people walk in, not just double-tap.

Instagram ↗

Home services · Georgia, USA

SoCo Roofing

A roofing company in a small Georgia town, run from Ghaziabad. Before-and-afters, storm-season updates, and the kind of local trust that turns into phone calls.

Instagram ↗

Author brand · USA

Raoul Michelle

A mystery and thriller author on Amazon. $350 a month of paid media, stretched with atmospheric creative and author storytelling instead of "buy my book" posts.

Instagram ↗

E-commerce · International

Replica Weapons

Historical replica and prop weapons. A niche with its own rules on every platform; storytelling and seasonal drops did the lifting while compliance kept the lights on.

Instagram ↗

Toys · Australia

Cap Guns Australia

Cap guns, holsters and role-play collectibles for Australian families. Localised for an audience that spells it "localised".

Instagram ↗

And the rest

A bar tools brand, two in-house projects, a COO's personal brand, and a B2B software company

LinkedIn lead gen, Play Store copy, YouTube, Google reviews, the lot. Some of it is under NDA, all of it is a good story. Ask me on the call.

07 / How it works, and what it costs

  1. You message me.

Email or WhatsApp. I reply like a person, usually the same day, in IST.

  2. One call. Thirty minutes.

I ask annoying questions about your actual business. You ask me anything, including "when does the team arrive".

  3. You get a number in one email.

Not after three discovery calls. Retainers, not hourly. Three-month minimum, because month one is me learning your business and month three is when it starts to work.

  4. We start.

One shared calendar. One WhatsApp group. One page of results a month. Vendors from the phone book appear when needed and disappear when not.

08 / Questions I get on every call

Do you do everything yourself?

The thinking, the writing, the planning, the replying, the reporting: yes. Design, video, photography, influencers, paid at scale: the phone book, briefed and quality-checked by me. You never brief a vendor.

Will you make us go viral?

Nobody can promise that honestly. I can promise you'll stop being invisible, which is usually the actual problem. Virality is a side effect of being consistently worth stopping for.

Which platforms?

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Google reviews, and X if you insist. I'll tell you which two matter for you and why the rest can wait.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Overflow, white-label, or as the senior social lead on a pitch. I've been inside agencies for years. I know how to be useful without creating meetings.

Where are you?

Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. I've run accounts in Georgia, Sydney and the UK from here for years. Time zones are a calendar problem, not a quality problem.

What won't you do?

Quote graphics on Monday. "Motivation" posts for brands that aren't motivating. Engagement pods. Buying followers. Pretending a trend is a strategy. Calling a Canva template a brand identity.

09 / Say hi
